Step One is for you to contact us for a quote. Call or send us an e-mail today. We will answer or reply by the end of the business day.
Step Two is for us to meet with you to discuss your wants, needs, and/or hardscaping dreams in order for us to know how to quote your project. We normally are able to meet within two (2) business days of you contacting us; though in the peak season months, it might take up to four (4) business days.
Step Three is for us to provide you with a detailed scope of work quote. The quote form example is available in PDF. If it is a simple quote, we endeavor to provide this quote within one (1) business day, though peak season can delay quotes up to four (4) business days. If the quote is moderate to extensive in scope, or requires multiple phases for implementation, the quote might take up to four (4) business days to complete.
Step Four is for you to decide Yes or Maybe on the scope of work quote. Feel free to take as little or as long as you need for this step. You will never be under any pressure from us. We are very low key; and you'll know this if you read any of our 100's of testimonials, or meet with us in person.
Step Five is for us to provide you changes to your quote as you requested, close your file, or move on to the next step. If you have requested changes, we will endeavor to complete and re-submit to you within one (1) business day.
Step Six is for us to draw up an Agreement, at no cost to you. The first five steps have been completed, and you have subsequently decided that no additional changes are required, and that you would like to proceed by having an Agreement drafted. We will use an Agreement like this sample PDF file that is attached for viewing or printing. Yours will be specifically outlined in all the highlighted areas to exactly match your quote. This step takes up to one (1) business day.
